The number of teams participating in the game has increased over time. From 2000 to 2012, there were an estimated 714 different games in the history of the sport. Some of these games are still played today and some were created more than 10 years ago. There is a list for each of these sports in order of popularity. Each team or country has its own game. It is the most popular game of all time in the world. But what happens when we look at some of the most popular sports in the world? One of them is basketball. For many people, it is the greatest game but not only for those who play, but also for fans who watch the game.

Basketball is one of the oldest games you can find. It was founded in 1891 by Dr. William H. Jackson. Today, anyone who plays the game can describe themselves as a basketball player and a fan. Not only did they grow up playing the game, but most of them played professionally with their national team, college, or high school. A few famous names of this sport are Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Michael Jordan.

There are two types of basketball players: point guards and forwards. Point guards are good jumpers and pass-makers while forwards are better scorers and score two or more points in 20 minutes. Most well-known point guards like Steve Nash, Chris Paul, Kevin Durant, and Carmelo Anthony are called 3-point guards. They play either a pick-and-roll style or a drop-and-float style of play.

The other type of basketball is called a power play. Power plays consist of three phases: first, second and last. The first phase is when a team attempts to score points (shot), set up a scoring drive (field goal), or simply defend without getting outscored. The second phase is when a team sets off on a run that lasts for about 30 seconds only to be stopped at any moment by opposing force because they have scored two points in 25. The third phase is a defensive mode where a team tries to deny the opposition’s scoring drive and set up a field goal for the same amount of time with a running score at the end.

The best part of the NBA is the team playing. Basketball players rarely get to meet with each other; mostly team meets all the time in between their training. All the stars and even some non-stars do not interact much with fans. Only eight out of every 100 games throughout the year will be live basketball matches. When a team wins, fans cheer for them for a long time. The team loses, fans cry for them and they both cry for loss. There are so many famous players of the NBA but there is an exception to this. LeBron James won his seventh MVP award in 2017 which is one of the most prestigious awards won by a single athlete. He is considered the most dominant presence and leader of the league today.

If one would ask him why he is such a great player, he would answer ‘he doesn’t care who wins, he wants the win, no matter who loses. I am the leader of my family, brother, and cousins and I want to see our team succeed. Winning the championship for us, and my teammates is something I feel very proud of.”

He is also remembered for advising his youngest son, Jayden. His answer to him was also remarkable: “I know Jayden wants to be the next James for a reason. You are only able to become a great teammate if your teammates want to be the best and you share the same vision as one another. If he wants to go for the next level then he should go for it because it’s just like James does. You are always going to have to learn from someone what you do and how you do it. Just like everyone else, you have to work hard and try to put yourself in the right position for being the best and a very important person in today’s society.”
